Explanation provided.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Bunions occur due to misalignment of the big toe joint (metatarso-phalangeal joint) and, in some cases, due to additional bone formation, which causes the big toe to point outward and rotate toward the smaller toes.

Nonsurgical treatments such as rest and wearing loose (wider) shoes or sandals (preferably with a supportive soft silicone sole) can often relieve the irritating pain of bunions. Walking shoes or silicone caps and splitters for your feet may have some advantages, for example, over high-heeled styles that pressure the sides of the foot.

You can take NSAIDs like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation. Hot compress can help. You can visit a chiropodist and remain under his follow up.
