Brief Answer:
Consult your OBGYN

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in labia majora, hips and in hip bone is common in last month of pregnancy, and its gets aggravated while walking and exercising. It is due to stretching of the ligaments.
If the pain is unbearable and its causing much discomfort, then you should stop walking too much and consult your OBGYN specialist for proper examination and rule out whether the labour has started or not.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
