What is the duration of pain ? It's about a 5 it come and goes maybe a muscle.
Is there any redness over the breast ?No
Was there any history of trauma ? No
Sorry for delay I been taking sleeve for pain and took a muscle relaxed last night

Going by description of pain, its likely to be musculoskeletal pain most likely to be due to muscle spasm. If there is no redness/lump in breast then there is no cause for concern.
I would suggest you the following
1. Local application of hot water fomentation either using hot water bag or cloth soaked in hot water and applied 3 to 4 times a day
2. Adequate rest
3. Analgesic like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac will be helpful
