You may be having osteoarthritis of left knee.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You may be having osteoarthritis of left knee as it is common in your age and usually pain is felt during walking and inner side (medial) of knee. It can be confirmed by x ray of both knee AP view in standing.Glucosamine and Diacerine is useful in repair and delaying degenerative changes. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are useful in relieving pain. Hot fomentation and Quadriceps excercises are of help.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
