What Causes Pain In Left Leg Fold Along With Difficulty Walking?

Leg muscles and tendons are tired.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM,
Dear this pain could be because of excessive amounts of force on the tissues which attach the bones (knee ,patella) to the muscles surrounding it.
As sternous work and walking for long periods could be causing muscles fibres damage ,and continued pounding force on muscles of legs could be the reason that these muscles dont get time to rest and repair itself ,the tiny muscle fibre cracks can result in a complete fibres damage.Thats the reason that resting for some time is relieving pain.
If it could be possible for you and your job permitts the suggested amount of downtime for rest is 2 weeks.Other wise steps you can take to avoid getting leg pains include.
Wearing shoes that fit well and offer good support.
Use shock absorbing insoles.
Avoid climbing stairs on hard ,instead use lift.
After resting your legs ,increase walking gradualy.
Make sure to properly stretch before walking for long.
Engage in strength training ,specifically toe exercises that build calf muscles.
If pain is increased avoid walking for some hours.
Over the counter pain medications can be taken like ibuprofen or tramadol.
If pain persist inspite of taking these measures ,you might need a visit to a ortho doctor to get physical examination of leg and xray left knee.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull for you you may ask further if I need to calrify more.
Wish you best of health.

Burning feet could be because standing for long .
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Dear I can understand your concern .Since burning of feet can be due to number of factor like diabetes , periphral neuropathy ,chronic kidney disease ,injury to the leg nerve, vit B complex deficiency and job involving standing for long.
But from your history it could be because of standing and walking for long with synthetic shoesand plus minus vit deficiency as you are getting calf muscles pain too.But you may need to rule out blood sugar level increased too as some time deranged blood sugar can cause periphral neuropathy with burning feet as first sign.
I would suggest you to adapt some below mentioned tips to prevent leg pain and
burning feet and get back after one week for follow up concern.
1.keep your feet dry.as sweaty feet that is trapped inside synthetic shoes and which are not right size, too can lead to burning feet. For that always ensure that you are wearing cotton socks and make sure that you give your feet enough air circulation and space for movement when you buy shoes.
2.Massaging ...you may use medicated ayurvedic oil or simply olive oil for
massaging your legs and feet before sleeping .
3.Increase vit B3 niacin in your diet in form of peas ,beans, milk ,yogurt, eggs etc
4.Take a bucket full of cold water and soak your feet in it for few minutes daily.
5.You should wear shoes with soft and cushioned insoles to prevent friction and strain of your feet. You can ask any shoe shop for that.
6.Walk barefoot on soft grass three times a week.
Increase fruits and vegetables in your diet as these would help muscles strength. You may take multivitamin supplement too for one month.
Hopefully following these tips will help you to get rid of your symptoms.I will be happy to hear from you again ,if you have more queries to ask.
Regards,Dr.Maheshwari.
