Brief Answer:
Muscular pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the lower rib area is more likely to be due to a musculoskeletal spasm if the pain aggravates on change in the posture or lifting a heavy weight or bending forward. You are already taking a muscle relaxant.
Any renal or gall bladder stones have been ruled out by ultrasound scan. The persistent pain can be due to a decrease in Vitamin D3 levels. You need to get the levels checked and start with proper supplements.
Also doing a hot fomentation in the area will be helpful. Avoid all the painful movements. Doing physiotherapy exercises to increase the muscle strength and tone will be helpful. You can start these under the guidance of a physiotherapist after the acute pain subsides.
I hope this answers your query.
