What Causes Pain In Right Leg And Buttock While Walking Post An Injury?

Need to rule out fracture, bursitis, Osteoporosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
I have read your history and would like to ask you a few questions about your problem.
When you fell down, we're you able to get to by yourself and walk?
Do you suffer from a limp while walking or climbing stairs?
Have you taken an Xray or shown the Doctor regarding this problem?
It is possible that you may have hurt the bones around the hip joint during the trauma. I would like you to get that region xrayed to look for a fracture. Other causes could be weak bones dude to Osteoporosis which can be expected at your age and postmenopausal status.
I hope you are taking your calcium and Vitamin D supplements to reduce the risk of fracture which can be high.
You can apply warm packs to the painful regions. Take Tablet Paracetamol or Acetaminophen 1000mg twice a day for 5 days after meals. Keep the limb elevated. Avoid bearing much weight in the affected limb for now.
Kindly reply to my queries for a better approach to the diagnosis and to guide you in the right path towards treating your pain.
Thanks and regards.

Is there anything else you recommend? Did I mention that the only time I incur discomfort is when I walk?.
Needs Physiotherapy and an Xray
Detailed Answer:
It is possible that you have had a make strain. I would also like to rule out bony injury for which you need to get an X-ray.
It would be best in your Physiotherapist could chart the weak or tight muscles and talk you about it before beginning to strengthen them.
Take Care
Regards

Avoid unsupported walking
Detailed Answer:
Yes. Please avoid unsupported walking. You could try walking with a walker to avoid full weight bearing in that limb. Do upload your xrays as soon as you can.
Thanks and regards.
