What Causes Pain In Testicles And Lower Abdomen?

Question: A couple of days ago, my left testicle ascended, as it sometimes does and I routinely pressed the testicle back into the scrotum. I always do this as gently as possible, or course. Today, I've had just a slight pain from where I'd removed the testicle, in the lower abdomen, right where it meets the upper thigh. I'm not too concerned, because the pain is pretty tolerable and only comes every once and a while. Is is possible I simply stretched something?
Brief Answer:
yes possible but chances of Orchitis is also there
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I understand your concern. After reading your condition and symptoms,I would say yes there are chances of any minute muscle sprain which is causing pain.Since the pain is intermittent the second possibility I could think of is Orchitis.
I would suggest you to see a physician and go for an Ultrasonography and a urine culture. If required you should go for a course of antibiotic.
Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
