Question: i belive my breasts are growing is it normal for them to hurt?

its a daily pain. the pain is dull ach from the nipples outward

iam only 13 the app wouldent go to my age are birth control pills good at my age?

they hurt most of the time. and i couldent fill my age in any lower than 18 un fourtuanatly
