What Causes Pain In The Joints Of The Finger Bones?
Question: I have pain in the upper joint in my middle finger, it occurs why i bend my fingers, the pain goes away if i massage it for a while, but comes back very soon again.

no other pain, i have had this for about a month, no swelling, no redness, no other pain in the body, isolated to the middle finger joint. no trauma

x ray of the affected hands,
uric acid,
RA factor,
ESR,
CRP.
These will help differentiate the diagnosis that are possible.
