Arthritis. Needs further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
It is particle you have arthritis or the joints. This could be contributed by the overweight body.
Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights, squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, running. You can do Static cycling exercise, aerobics and swimming to lose weight. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Do take an Xray of the most painful joint and upload for me if possible and get blood tests to rule out arthritis like CBC, ESR, CRP, Rheumatoid factor, Serum Uric acid. You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.

Osteoarthritis confirmed
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have reviewed your xray and lab reports. The Xray does show features of Osteoarthritis which explains the pain and cracking sound from the knee.
Please follow the precautions and measures given previously. In your lab reports there is nothing that is very significant except C reactive protein. You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.
This arthritis will progress slower if you follow the precautions as given earlier. There is no cure because it is a degenerative change due to age, wear and tear. Weight loss will definitely help if you are overweight.
