Brief Answer:
Possibility of Fibroadenosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Pain in breast without associated lump is very much reassuring. The cause of pain is likely to be due to Fibro-adenosis. Fibroadenosis is tiny nodularity in the
breast.

Even though you have not felt any lump, its advisable to get a assessment from a General Surgeon. Diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.

In the meantime I would suggest you the following which will definitely help

1. Tablet Evening Prime XXXXXXX oil 500mg twice a day will be beneficial
2. Analgesic: Tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice a day will provide relief from pain.
3. Breast massage: Using almond/olive oil will be helpful

In case you require further assistance, do get back to me will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
