What Causes Pain In The Left Shoulder After Lifting Heavy Objects?

I have been suffering from a very major problem. I picked up a heavey weight at gym without proper warm up about 3 years ago. I felt a lot of pain in the left shoulder straight after I got up from the bench and that problem has increased big time despite going to about 10 physios and 5 osteopaths. I also went through 6 KKT sessions for the cervical spine. The doctor after the MRI said that i have cervical issue. The reality is that the pain starts from my head all the way to the feet.
Right now, I have nods in almost every part of my body and it hurts so much that cant be explained in words. What would you recommend? Please advice!

Cause of pain
Detailed Answer:
Good evening XXXX
Thank you for writing on health care magic
Well, I would like to know where exactly is your pain originating from firstly as the management will differ according to it. I will ask you a few questions to guide me to exact location..
Firstly, Do you have difficulty in raising your arms above the head or taking them at the back??
2. Do you feel any giddiness on bending your head forward??
3. What medications have you tried so far?
4. If you could attach your MRI report, that would be quite helpful
5. Any other symptoms apart from tingling and numbness like fever/backace/any outer joint pain
6. ARe the symptoms worse at rest or on activity?
Do let me know these queries. Will give me a better clue where exactly could be the pain location

1) I can raise my hands to any position but the muscles hurt while doing it.
2) Sometimes i feel tightness when i bend my head forward and also pain in the neck
3) I haven't tried medication. All my treatment has been physical.
4) I can't find the MRI scans, but if i do I will send it to you straight away
5) I'm feeling pain in almost every part of my body. Joint areas are actually worse.
6) The pain is at high when I'm driving or sitting in the office.
Shoulder Arthritis
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Thanks for your reply
Well, the sort of pain you are describing goes more in favor of a shoulder sprain( more of a muscle tear or tendon inflammation) than the neck pain which you have been diagnosed. The symptoms of pain on lifting the hand above favors shoulder pathology.
Secondly, since your pain is more on activity it doesnt look like the serious form of arthritis. It is more of a mechanical sorts which is at present overstretched due to repeated use or use in the wrong posture
I would suggest:
1. Get an ultrasound done for your shoulder to know the exact amount of damage done
2. For your neck pain, all you need to do is constantly change your posture , that is avoid long sitting at a stretch. Avoid using pillows at night, and do some muscle strengthening exercises
3. A 5-7 day course of anti inflammatory+ muscle relaxants along with Vitamin D will help you get better soon. That will help relieve the symptoms of other joints as well
4. Lastly, if it doesnt work I would suggest you get all the blood check up done to look for any forms of inflammatory disease. But I fell you will respond to this
Hope the information was useful
Do let me know for more queries
