Hello, I am a 37 year old female. I have groin pain on my right side after meals, shifting position in chair, laughing, coughing. I was checked by a general surgeon and he said no hernia , swelling too low to be an ovary, and the lymph node is only slightly swollen. He said it could be a groin muscle or tendon inflammation. I do have lupus. Could this pain be lupus related?
