Question: I keep having pain in my lower stomach area above tag crotch. I have been riding a stationary bike for the first time in many years. I am not constapitaed but do have some gas and burping which I rarely do. This has been going on for a week

It could be gastritis in your case.You can take antacids like Tab Nexium 1/2 hr before food twice daily,Sucralfate syrup 10ml twice daily.
Drink plenty of fluids.Avoid fatty diet,carbonated drinks,coffee.
You will be fine with in a day.
