It started when i began to lose weight about four to five months ago snd has progressivley gotin worse i also have pain in my left testical and buttox i also awaken sometimes shaking i dont stand for that long and i sit an average amount
Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Kidney/ ureteric stones
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Back pain that comes and goes along with testicular pain is possibly due to ureteric colic, which occurs due to stones in kidney/ureter.
Confirmation of diagnosis requires Urine analysis, X-ray and CT scan of Kidneys, ureter, and bladder.
I would also suggest that you get your thyroid hormone levels checked also. Increased thyroid hormone levels (hyperthyroidism) can cause shaking, weight loss and muscle pains.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider to undergo the above-mentioned evaluation.
Meanwhile, Drink plenty of fluids to flush out the toxins and/ stones.
You can take Tylenol for pain along with Buscopan 10 mg 2 tablets 3 times daily.
Hope this answers your question
