Brief Answer:
More information please

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions.
It would be great if you could provide more information about the pain and if you have other symptoms:
-is your testicle swallen?
-when you touch it,doe the pain get stronger?
-for how long do you have this pain
-do you have any other symptom like burning sensation while urinating
-is your right testicle bigger than the left one?

Here are some of the main reasons for a person to have pain in the testicle:
-inflammation/infection of the testicle (orchiepididymitis) in this case antibiotics and painkillers are prescribet
-cyst of the test. depending from the size it can be left untreated or if the cyst is big, surgery is another option
-tumor of the test. surgery is the treatment
-sometimes even urinary tract infection might give this symptom. antibiotics in this case prrscribed by the doctor and painkillers
-ingunal hernia than can arrive till te testicle. surgery is the treatment.

Please provide me the information that i have asked you to be able to give a diagnose and what need to be done. Meanwhile you can take ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day as a painkiller and try to lift your right testicle when you lay down with a towel under the trsticle.

Awaiting....
