This could be upper respiratory infection. Most probably recurrent tonsillitis. You need clinical examination of throat for confirmation.
I recommend you to take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen for pain relief.
Avoid refrigerated foods and drinks, as these may aggravate this condition.
