Brief Answer:
Need to take pain killer.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that it can be muscle pull , there is nothing like vein pull . Muscle pull could have resulted form some type of injury to the wrist like lifting some heavy object etc. If there is no accompanied swelling you can take simple pain killers like paracetamol 500 mg if there is no contraindication to the same . If you have swelling also then you should take naproxen 500 mg for the same .

Try to minimise the movements at the wrist by tying a crepe bandage over it as the movement over the joint will slow the healing so it is advsiable to immobilise the joint.

Take care.

Dr. Shruti
