Brief Answer:
Muscular pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the back of the shoulder and on the wrist without a history of injury is likely to be a muscular pain. This is more related to posture while working.
For pain and spasm to go you have to do shoulder exercises to relive the spasm associated with this. Doing hot fomentation and applying muscle relaxant gel will also be helpful in relieving the spasm.
Correct your posture while sitting. Take frequent breaks during your work. Avoid working for long hours on computer.
Lie on hard bed. Avoid forward bending and lifting heavy weight.
You can take anti inflammatory drug like ibuprofen to relieve pain.
You can also start with swimming and mild aerobic exercises. These do help a lot in such muscle related pains. Do adequate warming up before starting the exercises daily.
Taking calcium and vitamin D 3 supplements will also help in early recovery. You can get these prescribed from your orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
