No the medicine hasn't helped. This has been going on for 4 days now. In the past I have a little pain when it was supposed to be my period time of the month but it wasn't this bad and left after day and that was a few weeks ago! I haven't seen my oncologist in a while( no insurance) but she had me comming once a year and said I was ok they got all the cancer! I run 14 laps a day for exercise
I got a pap last year and it was good

Okay.
It appears as if you are having adhesions or some form of scar complications.
Please consult your Gynecologist tomorrow, and have an internal exam and an ultrasound scan.
For now, take double the dosage of the painkiller and a hot water bottle.
Hope that will help you temporarily.
But you should have an evaluation, particularly if you are not constipated.
Take care.
