What Causes Pain Under The Right Breast When Diagnosed With GERD?

about 2 weeks ago, i was cutting the lawn and lifted a wheelbarrow every since then, my ribs have been hurting especially under my right breast. I have been diagnosed with inflamed ribs before. I have a lot of gas also. i press on my stomach and i burp. I have been feeling sick to, but i havent thrown up or anything. It hurts the most under my right breast on my ribs and way on the bottom part of my ribs also. I have been taking advil and tums for the gas. Could i have pulled a muscle , its not a hernia is it? i hope not. I do have Gerd that they told me i have, i take Nexium for that. I kind of feel like i have the flu or something like that. I feel tired a lot with this.

Thank you
yes normal . should not bend directly , but as mentioned below .
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome .
* This is normal to feel later on as when there is substantial amount of strain over
the muscle fibers then only you get the sensations .
* You should not directly bend over to pick up things from floor , rather at present
have to take position on legs with back straight just sitting without bending and
gently picking up the things without any discomfort to the ribs .
Hope this makes it clear .
Regards .

Thank you
