Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the image you uploaded, there is inflammation of the tonsils and congestion of the palate and pharynx. No exudate membrane or follicular tonsillitis was appreciated. This can most likely be due to a viral infection or related to allergic rhinosinusitis. NSAIDs, saline gargles, steam inhalation, honey and antihistamines should be utilized. Throat swab for rapid strep test and culture should be taken to rule out a bacterial etiology. If found so, then antibiotics can be advised accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
