What Causes Painful Raised Bumps On Hips?

Question: I have some raised bumps in the hollow areas of my hips on either side of my vagina.
they burn when I wash with soap and water. It doesn't seem to fit the description of hemorrhoids and does not go away with treatments of a&d ointment.
I was not able to upload a good picture. Could you please give me some possible causes of the bumps? I will try again to up load a picture

I am not diabetic and have never had STI. The bumps in question are a gray-blue in color and do not appear to have fluid in them. I have not been able to get a good picture of the area nor to upload it. I will try again. I think I could attach the picture to an email if I had an address. It appears the picture uploaded this time. I hope you can gain some info from it.

On closer examination, there are multiple tiny white bumps along either side of the vagina and on the buttocks. They are painful to the touch. Bumps have been present for about a month. There has been no discharge.

Hello ma'am
thanks for your reply
This could be an infective condition most likely genital warts or Hidradenitis suppurativa
In my opinion, this should be treated with antibiotics. You should visit gynaecologsit/skin and VD specialist for examination and further course of treatment including antibiotic therapy. Meanwhile maintain good hygiene. Wash it with antiseptic soap/solution and warm water. You can take hot water bath
