What Causes Painful Soft Spot On Head?

Not connected
Detailed Answer:
Dear
I read your query and understand your concern
I don't think the red spot is connected to migraine attacks
In my opinion the soft spot is a local infection (probably because of hair) and during migraine attacks as it becomes more vascularized it hurts more and gets lingered
You can schedule an ultrasound which will determine the spot consistency and confirm my doubt
If so you can treat it by using local antibiotics (or discuss about my opinion with your dermatologist)
Anyway I don't think you have reason to worry too much as it is fully treatable
Hope I have helped you
Don't hesitate to contact me for further questions or concerns
Wish you all the best
Stay healthy
