Brief Answer:
There is no entity like Parasites in Scrotum

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
You suspect to have worms in the scrotum .What you feel on palpation like worms in scrotal sac are in reality a bunch of tortuous dilated varicose veins called as Varicocele .

There is no entity or disease like worms in scrotum .

You can get this confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General surgeon and by doing Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I know I have bilateral varicocele. I have one testicle at around 16ml and one around 20 ml. I had a grade 3 that was repaired and a grade 1 that wasn't. However my fsh is 11.9 and testosterone is 538. I have had sperm counts of 35 total and 17 per mil and 120 total and 35 per mil and 100 total about 25 mil. All with different abstinence and one that was around 17 total but this was after only a few days and antibiotics. Does this seem like testicular failure? And what would be your advice for what these numbers may fall too? As in should I worry about this or no? I am28

Ok. I have some concerns, because I have some tingling in the head of my penis. I also feel as though that I am less sensitive down there. I have heard that smoking and stress can cause penis shrinkage and I am wondering is the shrinkage reversible? Also can stress and depression be the cause for loss of interest in sex? I don't know if my penis has shrunk but it doesn't seem to be as full. That's why I am looking into testosterone etc. also my ejaculation volume hasn't been as much as usual and orgasims don't feel the same.

Brief Answer:
Your sexual problems are anxiety related

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

All the sexual problems that you have are due to anxiety .

The size of the penis in flaccid state has no significance at all .It is hardness of the penis on erection that is important to have enjoyable sex .

The volume of ejaculate is always variable and does go down in stressed condition and depression .The same is the case with libido .More you are stressed less is the desire for sex .

You need to consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling and evaluation before you start any treatment .

Thanks and Regards

Hi, I have a few more questions. I have been having sexual difficulties lately. Hopefully ou can see the previous questions from last time. However I have losted a lot of sensations in the tip of my penis and all in the testicles. I truly feel like there is more going on here and I would really like to figure this out. I am wondering that with the varicocele as if this does get to a point that the teatciles fail is that the end of my sex life? Also I have pain etc in the penis as well.
