Brief Answer:
Could be Mysthenia Gravis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. In my opinion there could be probably two causes behind the symptoms you have mentioned. First, myasthenia gravis; Second, Stroke. Both diseases require extensive neurological examination, imaging studies & some lab workup like antibody against ACh receptors analysis(in case of mysthenia gravis).

> In myasthenia gravis, antibodies are formed against acetycholine receptors. Antibodies damages those receptors. When performing activity, gradually depletion occurs and patient becomes tired and loses motor activity.

> Recurrent stroke could have caused damage to particular part of the brain which controls the somatosensory & motor activity of head. Resulting in production of aforementioned symptoms.

Both conditions require expert consultation with the neurologist who will perform neurological examination & workup.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
