Brief Answer:
Dont worry

Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic
The small cyst like structure you are describing seems to be sebaceous cyst.
If this is small and not causing problem leave it alone. No need to operate it.
The pain from thigh is unrelated to this cyst. Hence dont worry about it.

Brief Answer:
Boils
Detailed Answer:
Hi
These seem to be boils or sebaceous cysts occuring in recurrent succession.
I suggest you maintain hygiene to prevent those. Wash the bikini area twice a day and keep it totally dry. Especially when sweating remember to dry as soon as possible. Moisture increases these.
Keep the pubic area shaved so that hair follicles don't become infected. These measures should help you to reduce the boils you mentioned.
