What Causes Pelvic Pain After A Complete Hysterectomy?

You should consult your doctor immediately.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult your gynaecologist immediately to see the cause of bleeding.
In my opinion it may be due to-
1) some glandular tissue develop at the back of vagina after surgery- it can bleed.
2) After complete hysterectomy ( when ovaries removed- estrogen decreased)- thining of vagina( due to lack of estrogen)- can cause bleeding
3) If a small part of cervix left during surgery- it can bleed
What is the reason for complete hysterectomy is it benign or due to cancer?
Advise from my side-
1) Go to your doctor immediately
2) Take haemostatic tablet
3) Take ibuprofen
Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.

You should go to emergency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to see you again.
In my opinion you should go to emergency to see the cause of bleeding.
- If you bleed more then your blood pressure goes down
- If it is due to glandular tissue it can be cauterised in emergency.
Hope this is useful to you, feel free to discuss more, I feel happy to answer it.
