Brief Answer:
Think of IBS if the other investigations are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/38 - constant cramping and bloating - every day - like period pain - MRI, Laparoscopy normal - no one can figure out hte cause - curl up and cry every day ...
If all the investigations as mentioned below are normal, this can be treated on empirical basis like IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome.
Tests of blood: CBC, Sugar, thyroid, liver function tests
Tests of stool and urine
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen - MRI is normal
Laparoscopy is normal
Colonoscopy and upper GI Endoscopy...
Gynecologist's Examination

I would advise you to consult a Gastroenterologist, discuss about IBS and get started the proper medication as these are prescription based.
Control of stress and anxiety.
Say no to all the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the cramps.
Identify any other factors that enhance or instigate the problems and avoid then at any cost.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
