Brief Answer:
Pigmented Purpuric Dermatosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Pigmented Purpuric Dermatosis (PPD). It is characterised by red colored or hyperpigmented discrete patches that may become confluent at later stage. It is either completely asymptomatic or may be associated with mild itch. It may be associated with varicose veins. It is more common in people with frequent dependency on legs.
I will advise you to upload the images so that I can actually visualize the rash and advise you to my best.
Take care.
