What Causes Persistent Headache After Taking Concerta?

Get evaluated by your primary care Doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Normal heart rate in an adult ranges from 60 to 100 bpm depending on physical and mental activity, body position, etc. so, yours is within normal limits, but a little on the higher side.
Also, a lot of normal people result with blood pressure values 90/60 mmHg, so don't worry as this value is not related to any disease.
Headaches may be primary ones (without any identifiable cause) and treatment with ibuprofen or paracetamol is to be tried first.
If the headaches continue and heart rate stays elevated, get examined by your primary care Doctor.
Conditions such anemia may cause both, headaches and slightly high heart rate.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.

Unlikely to be related to concerta?
It can't be excluded as a possibility.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Increase in heart may be related to concerta use as one of the side effects, but you started concerta a month ago, furthermore, those values are within normal ranges, and slight increase in heart rate seems to be compensatory to relatively low blood pressure.
You can discuss with your Doctor about lowering temporary concerta dosage and to see how is going with your heart rate.
Hope this helps.
Greetings.
