Brief Answer:
Seems like a viral infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
According to the answers you gave to my questions,in my opinion it is a subclinical infection, most probably it is a sinus viral infection which is causing head ache but it can not be ruled out or ruled in until you get an ENT checkup .
This does not seem to anything serious though but i would suggest you to discuss with your doctor about getting your blood works done as you are having this issue since long enough your blood might guide about the problem.
Till monday you can just use tylenol for relief in fever everything should be fine.
Regards.
Dr.Ahmad
