I have studied your case and I think you might be having Rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis.I have following suggestions for you.
1.Hot water fomentation daily twice.
2.Get CRP, ESR , Ra factor, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 blood tests.
3.Take Etoricoxib 90 mg one daily.
4.Avoid cold temperature.
