Seeing a chiropractor.he took cervical X-ray that showed a black mass as big as a plum on the left side of the lobe of skull and spine suggested MRI and blood wit which I did. My red blood cells where all high especially lymphocytes 39. Finally by May was having thousand of pouches which felt like something was eating my neck bones. Went to Hospital and they said nothing was wrong. I had indescribable pain and it would not go away the hospital would not give me an MRI for six months later then they found the whole left side of my vertebrae's have been eating away.he told me I was a one and 1 billion and you did not know what it was they did 11 hours surgery removed all my disk scraped all my vertebrae's I had holes in them at look like a worm had wormed his way through it they both of them together Rod fused took out my disk and still to this day in having same he told me I was a one and 1 billion and you did not know what it was they did 11 hours surgery scraped my vertebrae's check out my disk C-2 through C-5 screwed them back together rods and a metal plate was fused to my neck. My first MRI before surgery showed nothing, now I'm in extrem pain with whole back and now joints. and I still have the same symptoms now I have metal where they cannot see where I keep complaining about the eating feeling of my neck. I was never treated with any sort of antibiotics, today every vertebrae in my spine from my lumbar to my cervical is messed up and I still have the same symptoms now I have metal where they cannot see where I keep complaining about the eating feeling of my neck and they will not go back in. Brief Answer:
Leukaemia, Multiple myeloma

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understood your problem.

Could you tell me your age ?

Have you experienced loss of weight, appetite, or disturbed sleep ?

Does anyone in your family suffer from any cancer ?

According to the history you have provided, it appears that you could be having a systemic disorder attesting the axial skeleton bones like the skull, Cervical vertebrae and now even the Thoracic and Lumbar vertebrae.

There are many causes for such disorders. In old age persons, Leukaemia or Blood cancer can cause seeding of all the Axial skeleton bones like skull and vertebrae with deposits also you have beginners that you have high lymphocyte count. Kindly provide the laboratory report of the same for me to be able to content on if it could be Leukaemia.
Also possible is Multiple myeloma which is a disorder of the Plasma cells which causes circular deposits in the bones and makes the bones very weak. This can be confirmed with M band electrophoresis in the blood, Venice XXXXXXX protein detection in the 24 hour urine sample. Kindly discuss with your Doctor about the same.

Your vertebrae may have collapsed or in impending collapse which is why the rod fusion was done. If such a cancer exists, it could spread and involve most of the bones and make them weak and very painful. In such cases prescribed Morphine medication is fetlock for pain control.

Kindly upload me your MRI Report and any laboratory reports of you can, for me to be in a better position to help you.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available for follow up queries.

Thanking you.

Brief Answer:
Near normal reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the reports.

I have reviewed your Reports. It appears that all the Urine tests appear to be within normal limits but the bacteria in your urine gives me some concern about infection in your urinary tract.

I would like to get to know your Total blood cell count, Differential blood cell count, Haemoglobin value, Blood Urea, Serum creatinine and if possible also you Xray, CT or MRI Reports.

Your Surgeon mentioned that you have severe arthritis of your spine which has caused it to slip and cause nerve pinching in the neck. Due to this, you have pain radiating to your neck and shoulder.

An MRI before and after surgery is very important to understand the progression of this disease as you seem to be suffering from more severe symptoms inspite of your spine being fused and fixed.

You have family history of Melanoma and Stomach cancer. It is important to get to the diagnosis of your condition for this reason, as cancer can spread to involve many bones, especially your spine.

I can understand your suffering and am empathetic towards you. Kindly provide more information as mentioned above for me to help you further.

I will be available for follow up queries.

Thanking you.

My age is 46,this all began @42. I lost about forty lbs. had no appetite and was cold and rinning fevers often. Could not sleep die to the biting pain i was feeling in my neck. Never ever through the years did i ever feel any kind of arthritis. This all came after i got a uti in march 2011. My dads family all had cancer. Aunt died @32 from brain cancer, uncle throat cancer, nana stomach cancer, grandfatjer liver cancer, my dad has melonomia.
These problems came about 2 months after uti and raging pain on left side flank of back. Had uti before but never such pain in lumbar. Then subtley neck start poping muscles started getting tighter I went to the chiropractor and he said my axle has been moved all way over to my left mandible and he got that back in and after that I start having ranging pinching her biting at my vertebrae's. At the time I had no insurance so I paid for my own blood work and went to Petaluma California and got an MRI done I will upload that for you I have all the reports from 2010 up until 2015 I also have all the reports you wanted from Kaiser as my surgery was starting to happen bloodwork ,images of my neck and what they found in the surgery. Everything that has to do when I read blood cells have been elevated since 2010. A month before surgery because they put me in therapy thinking my neck was late my dry started leaking and they found a polyp Ernie's my right nipple and I had to have surgery to take that out and it was an stage zero cancer. I continue to be in scale 9 pain with neck pain, mirgraines under left eye, and back of my head, back pain, femur pain, knee pains and the bone beliw knee, after surgery white stools for months, now off and on, warm water that tase like dirt kinda and lil tase of blood out of my nose and it clear liquid. I can bare urinate. Little stream, stop and go, very diffcult just to go. Walikng and using my arms makes the pain way worse. My throat was crushed a little and im choking on food and water. Cut my pills andbi can fill them scratching my throat as they go down. Sometimes the food or pills dont go down and i have to cough them up and retry. When i yawn i have major stabbing feelingbin back of neck. My neck is always hot, unless i lay down then when i get up my neck is red with red streaks coming down from my ears to lypmh nodes, you touch it looks like i have a sunburn. My clavicle feel like its been eating away daily. I have gotten up and have a dead leg and fall straight on my face. Confused its hard to remember which leg. Woke up the other night my left eye would not move and i had no perphial vision at all for bout 3-5 minuets. I constantly see dots and feel like the ground is moving. Dizzyness and very tired, exhausted. I sleep maybe three hours at the most do to the pain. The plate they fuzed in is so big i am aspirating food and water in my lungs. I still have that biting feeling go up to my skull on the left side and down my spine on the right. Due to all the hardware no one can see. Reading through notes that i had printed up from kaiser notes i found out yesterday i have cyst on my throid cyst or tumer on my lymph nodes which theybwere thinking lymphadenopathy, ao how they ruled that out and cyst on my ovaries. They found out about the thyroid and lyphm nodes during surgery. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS AT ALL!!! Dont onow how they ruled out the problem with lymph nodes dowsnt show where they took any biospy. When i moved to kentucky 2013 i was diagnosis with pneumonia, gastritis, strokes, depression and found out i was aspariating food and wayer in my lungs. Also they found white matter in my brain which again think it app. Dor my age. Before i was diagnosis and was home sick i kept telling my husband it felt like i ws having problems with my brain. Confusion, feeling of being lost hard to explain. Also forgot to mention when i saw the chiropractor they found off of my cervical x-ray a plum size black image on the left side underneath my skull and on my spine, hence why i got blood work and Mri. I waa not given antibiotics after surgery. I askes and asked for it and the surgeon said it wasnt needed. He gave me a shot during 11 hr surgery. Dont know why when something raging came in and ate away all my vertebrae's within a year. They kept saying I had authorize the day I walked into the door and there was nothing that they can do for me I had to get a second opinion and when I did he only seen my seat for split completely into I asked him to magnify the image up to see what else was wrong and that is where he found on my vertebrae is on the left side had been in through. So to keep from having a lawsuit they kept saying it was arthritis and degenerative and once again I have never had pain in my neck are welcome through the years getting sore and sore. I believe ive told you everything i will down load blood work from before surgey, day bedore surgery, which i had bacteria in my urine i also found on 03--2013 i was septic worh bacteria in my urine again no one told me. Also about week adter surgery i broke out in sweats like a hose was on me for about three days. Told the dr. She suggested it was XXXXXXX pauses. I yi i. No itvwasnt. I believe it was the infection teying to get outnod mu body somehow. Also my vertebrae's were eating from the front of my neck to the back now I get doctors looking for it and they can't even founding I actually had one doctor tell me that he wouldnt even had surgery becauae he again didnt take the time needed to find it or they gave me someone elses disc, which that could be possible since they did such a horrible job with me. They just treated me so badly and refuswd to give menany scans for six months. When they found out eveything my apology was hindsight is 20/20. Thanks.
Hope all this helps, i meed all the help i can get, i do feel like this will eventually take me life.
Have a good day. Last pic is a picture of my clavicle .

Brief Answer:
Infection, Arthritis. Almost cured

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

I have gone through your reports.

The contrast CT Scan shows fluid collection and soft tissue swelling which is quite consistent with osteomyelitis or even arthritis and synovitis. But the good news is that this swelling and fluid have significantly reduced. This means you should be feeling or will feel better soon. It is possible that you may have suffered infection about the spine after the surgery as a complication.

There is good evidence that your infection is settling and you should feel better. You may need steroids for your degenerative arthritis which should do you good. I recommend you have a chat with your Doctor about this.

Try to live healthy. Try to maintain a stress free lifestyle.

I feel for you. I can understand your pain. I really hope that you will recover soon and have a fit and productive life.

I am always available for your follow up. Kindly keep me updated about your progress as you please.

Thanking you.
