1. I do not have any blood or mucus associated with the pain.
2. The pain does not fluctuate or appear in colics.
3. The pain does not appear to be food related. I haven't eaten anything or anywhere unusual.
4. The pain is constant and does not start or subside at any particular time. I only experience the pain, however, when I move (walk, stretch, or bend). I do experience a little pain (tightness and bloating) after I eat.
5. I have had limited and somewhat irregular bowel movements in last 3 days. I think I am moderately constipated.
6. I sleep normally since the pain is mostly just present when I move.
7. Urination is normal.
8. I have had similar abdominal pain in the past, to a much lesser degree. And I believe this pain in the past was related to ovulation.
9. I have not been nauseous or haven't felt the need to vomit.
10. I have felt consistent gurgling and tightness, but the pain in the lower right abdomen is different than this (I think) and more prominent.
11. I didn't really get NY relief after using the heating pad.
12. I have an IUD and rarely have a menstruation. My last menstruation was April 2016, however.
I hope this additional information is helpful. Please advise.
Many Thanks, XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Dear! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query in context to your health concerns.
My Opinion-about your right lower abdomen-
Based on the submitted data,You seem to suffer from-Inflamed Caecum and right colon-mostly from Amoeba / protozoal or bacterial infection.
The accompanied inflammation in whole of colon may be causing Constipation-from Spastic Colon bowel. Persistent back-pressure from hold up gases, due to Constipated and spastic lower end of Colon may be causing this pain.
You would need to Consult Surgeon to rule out other possibilities of IBS-with Constipation. Surgeon also need to investigate for inflamed lower bowel and - inflamed lower ano-rectal area.
Reply to your specific question-
Q1-I'd like some help assessing if this can wait until tomorrow morning.
Ans-1-Waiting till tomorrow would depend on gravity of stretch-pains in right lower abdomen-at caecum, due to back-pressure from constipated large bowels.
Do's Suggested-
Stop use of Heating pads-as it may increase right lower abdominal pain due to gaseous expansion from heat and as these are not muscle related pains.
To avoid any emergency increase in pains, you should be on plenty of fluids and Spinach helpings-every 4-6 hrs /2-3 times a day.
Painkillers like-Dicyclomine-1-SOS only if pain is extreme.
Don't continue with Dicyclomine as it may increase constipation.
Hope this reply would help you to overcome any emergency increase of right lower abdominal pain, from Constipation.
