Brief Answer:
Consideration

Detailed Answer:

Hello and thank you for sending a question.

I'm sorry that you're continuing to have significant symptoms. It sounds like you may have a degree of chronic rhinitis which leads to symptoms have persisted congestion and runny nose.

At this time, since decongestant and antibiotics have not really helped what I usually recommend is a nasal steroid spray. You can obtain this over the counter at your local pharmacy - brands include Flonase or Nasonex.

I suggest you try the nasal steroid spray for at least 2-3 weeks and see if your symptoms improve. If symptoms persist then you may need to see a specialist (ENT Specialist) for further work up.

Thanks again for your query,

Dr Galamaga
