Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. If you have tried with cortisone Imuran and remicade and there is no result than the only choice is surgery with colectomy.

2. You are reporting to have two months in flare up and you have developed clostridum difficile infection.
If you have used antibiotic treatment and C.Difficile is disappeared than you need to consult surgeon and discuss Colectomy as the best treatment in your situation.

But if you are still with C.difficile infection than you should start another antibiotic treatment like vancomycin and discuss with your GI specialist about fecal transplantation.

Wish you all the best!

Hi back my dear.

Since you don't have C.difficile and are with bloody diarrhea than you should discuss with your surgeon about colectomy.
