Question: Hi, From yesterday i have two big pimples in my both armpit. I am having little trouble in the movement of the arms because of these two.
And moreover from last two three days i have mild pain and heaviness in my forehead.
Please advice me.

The most probable reason for two big pimples in both armpits in a man of 35 of one day duration can be boils. It is possible that the laxity of the skin and not so much infection, the movement of arms is having little trouble.
Mild pain and heaviness in the head can be due to cold or flu and may not be related to the armpit lumps.
I would advise you the following.
First of all apply liquid Povidone Iodine to both armpits to sterilize the area.
Take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you. This will help for the lumps and heaviness head too.
Consult a Doctor and preferably as General Surgeon so that the diagnosis of the boils or otherwise is confirmed and you get a prescription of the Antibiotic if he feels required. He will also look into signs for heaviness and mild pain in forehead.
Continue Follic Hair.
