I can understand your concern for unusual appearance of 4 pinhead size dots on the mons pubis. I have gone through the picture sent by you and thanks for the very good resolution picture which tells the complete thing. After analyzing the picture thoroughly I can make out that it is simple scab formation after healing of minor injuries caused by shaving. I can see that you have probably shaved your genital area just 2-3 days back. During close shaving there were very minute cuts on the affected area on mons exactly over the hair shafts. This can also be due to shaving the area in reverse direction of the hair shaft causing minor inflammation and then scab formation. You can see that each area is exactly over the hair shaft area. As these areas are healing, so are forming the scabs which you can see presently. These areas will take around 5-7 days to heal completely. You need not to do anything for the same and will heal by itself. If at all you want to apply then can use an antibacterial cream such as "fucidin" or "mupirocin" for the prevention of the infection.
