Brief Answer:
increased drowsiness, dizziness, confusion,

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Because all of these agents cause sedation , there is an increased risk of drowsiness.
There is also the risk of confusion , difficulty concentrating and dizziness.

The amitriptyline is at a relatively high dose to help with the tinnitus, for difficulty sleeping doses of 10 to 25 are used.
Since you need up to 75 mg a night occasionally , combining that with diazepam and zolpidem may be associated with prolonged drowsiness

In addition , there may also be depression/slowing down of the respiratory system. This means a possible effect on coordination and breathing.

It would be best to consider discontinuing at least one of these medications if possible , this should only be done after discussion with your doctor.
If you are not experiencing any effect at all, your doctor may consider monitoring.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
