Question : My eye area all around is red puffy and dry and itches this started about 5 days ago. although it seems to be
subsiding but very slowly and I haven't used anything on my face that i haven't used in the past. should I see
a dermatoligist or an eye doctor? It looks horrible.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms mentioned by you indicate allergic blepharitis or eczema of the eyelid.
This requires treatment by the use of anti-allergic drugs and anti-allergic eye drops.
I usually treat conditions like this with anti-allergic drugs like cetrizine and anti-allergic eye drops like olopatadine.
