Brief Answer:
Tongue burn / Canker sores. No worries. Home remedies will fix.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Raised tender bumps for just 12 hours are likely tongue burns or aphthous ulcers also called canker sores. A mere spicy food, dry mouth or trauma to the tongue like tongue biting during the meal or poor oral hygiene may cause it. bad stomach or overly spicy or too hot food may also cause these burns.

Nut shell it is an innocuous trouble. Just drink plenty of cold water and apply some topical anesthetic and corticosteroids oral gels easily available over the counter.

RInse your teeth with garlic water, apply some ice to the sores , drink plenty of fluids, Dab a small amount of milk of magnesia, gently brush your teeth and apply the ointments. It should fix the problem.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
