Brief Answer:
No panics! Monitor only for now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this fall and the blood on tissue you have mentioned. I have reviewed the information and the surrounding circumstances and there is no immediate red flag that should get us panicking at this time. My advice is to stay calm, monitor and this would resolve without the need for any further medical intervention. If this fails to happen, please get back to me and we shall review again together.

Regular exercise of at least 40mins on most days of the week, healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables and fibers and staying positive are measure ingredients to good health. At 61, you are eligible for screening colonoscopy. If you have not had one already, please follow up and make sure that you do.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
