What Causes Red/purple Spot On Tip Of Penis After Oral Sex?

Question: I received oral sex recently and ever since ive found a red/purple spot on the tip of my penis for about 2 months or so now, i recieved oral sex maybe 3 months ago. I want to know what this is.

There is no pain or itching, and it has been the same since i have noticed it not getting bigger or getting smaller and there are no urinary symptons that I know of.

After looking the image and going through history, What I understood that it is a plaque (i.e. Not a raised lesion, neither an ulcer). As a man, we many a time become more alarmed seeing a spot on penis. There are many harmless spots which appear on glans; sometimes stay for prolonged period or sometimes vanishes automatically. I don't think the spots present in you are either sexually transmitted or cancer.
Just keep good hygiene. Avoid unprotected sex.
If you have still doubt, go for a direct visual examination to a genitourinary clinic.
