What Causes Red Spots Throughout The Body While Having Liver Hemangioma?

Question: hi I have these little red pin prick dotts all over my body just wondering wat u think Is from.

I do have a liver hemangioma but my dr said this isn't from tht

As per your description, it looks like an allergic reaction to any food or medicine.
I prescribe Tablet Prednisolone 5mg twice daily along with antihistamine tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
