possblity of contact dermatitis, Pictures requested
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination. From the description it seems very likely that you have developed contact dermatitis from use of hair XXXXXXX but i would also like to keep other differential diagnosis like herpes zoster, insect bite reaction etc.
Therefore for definitive diagnosis, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.

Brief Answer:
Hydrocortisone and fusidic acid cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Usually in such cases of contact dermatitis, I suggest a 5 day course of oral prednisolone along with application of hydrocortisone and fusidic acid combination cream thrice a day over affected areas.
Take antihistaminics like Benadryl to relieve itching.
Oral antibiotic like Azithromycin for 3 days is also suggested to prevent secondary bacterial infection.
Avoid use of any soap or facewash for 3 days.
Avoid further use of the current brand of hair color.
I am sure you will be fine soon.
Take care
