Question: Hi I have rigth lower pain below my abdominen. I have been constipated. I am going but not going enough. Feel like something is blocked . Do you think it is serious.

I am Dr Amit Jain, a Gastroenterologist.
Pain in right side lower part may be due to colon that is large intestine or terminal end of the small intestine. It may be intestinal colic or some lesion in these part of intestine like inflamatiion, infection or some malignancy.
If you have any other symptoms like fever, weight loss , loss of apetite or any blood in stool or anemia, then definitely you require investigations in the form of ultrasound abdomen and colonoscopy examination.
However I will suggest you to visit your doctor for physical examination and if required tests also especially due to your age even if you dont have any of the symptoms.
Meanwhile continue with Miralax and take some antispasmodic agent like Drotavarine for pain.

could it be from surgery like an adhesion.?

If you have undergone any surgery in the past then there is possibility of adhesion , which you can confirm by simply getting a xray abdomen in standing position. There will be dilated bowel loops and air fluid levels.
