Brief Answer:
Screen for Thyroid disorders is important

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam.

I could certainly understand your concern.

Considering your symptoms and history of Rheumatoid arthritis , the possibility of autoimmune thyroid disorder may coexist which can contribute to constipation and skin changes.

Hence I advise you to get a complete thyroid profile.

It's not advisable to take multiple stool softeners .

I suggest you go with Syrup Cremaffin one daily at bedtime.

Kindly send your relevant pdf's to my email after discussing with the team of Healthcare Magic. They will guide you in sending the relevant images and reports to my email for further comments.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
