Brief Answer:
Ulcerative Colitis worsening can be the case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you take Oxycodon for abdominal pain? Do you take any steroids or anti-inflammatory medicines for UC?
Well controlled ulcerative colitis does not have to be treated with such strong pain killers. This disease causes large intestine inflammation. The pain is usually caused by bowels obstruction or abdominal abscess due to fistula (connection between the intestine and skin). Both this conditions should be treated with surgery. Oxycodon is not a solution. So this is quite surprising you are on this medicine.

Stomach and intestine pain along with rectal pain can indicate worsening of the ulcerative colitis. You may have some blood or mucus in the stool as well.
It needs to be checked with colonoscopy. So you should rather consult your doctor and have this test done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
